Brett Martin Plumbing and Drainage has taken delivery of a pair of new fuel-efficient DAF trucks as part of the company’s continued investment in its manufacturing and distribution capability and to provide even better services for its customers.
Featuring Brett Martin’s distinctive branding, the DAF LF vehicles will deliver the company’s plumbing and drainage products to merchants across UK and Ireland as well as direct delivery to sites.
The 18-tonne trucks comply with the latest Euro-6 Step D fuel efficiency regulation, as set by EU legislation, while offering comprehensive driver fuel efficiency aid packages.

The two new trucks are part of an investment programme that has also seen six new trailers purchased and will see further trucks added to the fleet over the coming months.

In addition to these new vehicles, Brett Martin’s procurement of a solar installation plant to power its manufacturing HQ in Co. Antrim, Northern Ireland means an incredible 25% of the site’s energy use is now provided by renewable sources. It follows the installation of a wind turbine at the site in 2011.
Offering delivery within five days throughout the UK and Ireland using the company’s own delivery vehicles, Brett Martin’s comprehensive plumbing and drainage range is underpinned by on-ground support from the sales team, as well as a dedicated technical department who are on hand to help with technical queries.
