Award winning social housing association Clúid is due to refurbish 23 cottages in Spiddal, County Galway, Ireland, and is seeking a contractor to carry out the work.
The refurdishment will include 23 two-storey detached and semi-detached houses and also involve landscaping works, boundary and dividing fences at the site.
Clúid Housing is a not-for profit and the largest housing association in Ireland, providing over 5,500 affordable, high quality homes to people in housing need.
The deadline for the submission of tenders is Thursday the 18th of August.
