Thirteen contractors have secured places on a schools and public building framework covering much of East London.
Among the main winners are Bowmer & Kirkland, Willmott Dixon and Neilcott Construction.
Although the promise of a £600m building programme over four years also attracted Mace, Farrans and Galliford Try to pitch in with successful bids.
The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham led the procurement for local authorities forming the East London Solutions Group.
These councils have decided to set up their own collective panel of building contractors covering three project value bands.
