Engineering solutions provider, Boulting has achieved ISO 9001:2015 for its quality management system (QMS) that ensures a consistently outstanding service for its clients. It was accredited by the Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) for the updated 2015 standard, having previously been awarded ISO 9001:2008.
ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised quality management standard. The 2015 update places a significant emphasis on leadership, requiring Boulting to demonstrate how its directors, board members and managers steer the business. In addition, the communication to staff of the potential effects of the decisions and directions must also be clear.

The certification provides assurance to clients of this commitment to quality, by demonstrating the certified management system, which has been independently reviewed for its benefits and quality control.
