JCT has announced that the next batch of contracts from the 2024 Edition will be released on 16 October 2024.
The documents that will be included as part of the release are:

- Major Project Sub-Contract 2024 (MPSub 2024)
- Major Project Sub-Contract Guide 2024 (MPSub/G 2024)
- Prime Cost Building Contract 2024 (PCC 2024)
- Prime Cost Building Contract Guide 2024 (PCC/G 2024)
- JCT – Constructing Excellence Contract 2024 (CE 2024)
- JCT – Constructing Excellence Contract Guide 2024 (CE/G 2024)
- JCT – Constructing Excellence Contract Project Team Agreement 2024 (CE/P 2024)
The documents will be available via the JCT online store, www.jctltd.co.uk.
Customers will have instant access on 16 October via the JCT On Demand digital format, or through the JCT Construct digital subscription service.
The contracts will also be available to order in traditional hardcopy from the same date. There will be no pre-order period.
