JCT has announced that the 2024 Edition of the Repair and Maintenance Contract (RM 2024) will be released on 2 October 2024.
The document will be available via the JCT online store, www.jctltd.co.uk.
Customers will have instant access on 2 October via the JCT On Demand digital format, or through the JCT Construct digital subscription service.
The contract will also be available to order in traditional hardcopy from the same date. There will be no pre-order period.
A tracked change version of the Repair and Maintenance Contract 2024 (showing the changes against the JCT 2016 Edition) will also be available via the Docdel service. Users should visit www.jctltd.co.uk/category/jct-tracked-change for more information.
