Northampton Partnership Homes has selected Keepmoat to deliver a forecast £160m programme of housing maintenance over the next 10 years.
The projects are expected to vary greatly in size with around £16m of work placed with the builder each year.
Initially, the housing association, which is an Almo for the local borough council, has signed up to an eight year delivery deal, which could be extended for 2 years.
Keepmoat will deliver works varying from housing refurbishment and improvement works, M&E, roofing, joinery and decorating.
