Housing and regeneration specialist Keepmoat has been named on a major framework which will deliver approximately £100 million worth of Decent Homes works over the next four years in the London Borough of Enfield.
Alongside six other contractors, Keepmoat will have the opportunity to carry out improvement works which are due to start this summer.
As part of the Contractor Framework Agreement for Major Housing Works, homes will be brought up to the Decent Homes standard, including new kitchens, bathrooms, electrics and heating where applicable.
Other works will include external improvements (windows and roofs), services upgrades, lift installations, energy efficiency and fire precaution works, district heating schemes and security improvements.
Mike Brogan, Regeneration Director for Keepmoat London Region said: “We have now been working in Enfield for over 10 years carrying out improvement works. This significant framework win for Keepmoat shows the extent to which we are winning repeat business in the region through the strength of our offering in regeneration. Business is buoyant in the London region with clients confident of our proven ability to deliver on our promises.”
