Incentive Workplace, part of Incentive FM Group, is now into the second phase of work with its client, London and Capital (L&C), the independently-owned wealth management firm. In the first phase working with surveyors Gerald Eve, Incentive helped L&C find new office space at Fitzroy Place in London’s West End and it is now engaged in the design and fit out phases of the project, which will see L&C move into their new and impressive offices in January 2018.
Under the terms of the deal, Incentive Workplace will work closely with their design partners in the project, Burtt-Jones Brewer, to deliver the design of the office environment, the initial concepts of which are both exciting yet practical. A particular emphasis has been the inclusion of a secure and secluded area where clients can have informal conversations with their wealth advisers.
Incentive Workplace will now project manage the implementation of the client approved design and fit out including all partitioning, cabling, lighting systems, M&E installations, H&V installations, carpeting and furniture. Other parts of the Incentive FM Group will be involved where appropriate, notably Incentive TEC for mechanical, electrical and air conditioning works.
Guy McGlashan COO at London and Capital, said: “The creation of a great working environment is extremely important for our business both for our employees and our clients. The team at Incentive Workspace have impressed us with their skills and the understanding of our very specific business requirements and high standards.”
Jeremy Waud, Chairman at Incentive FM Group, said: “Our workplace solutions can be offered to customers as a stand-alone service or as part of an ongoing service delivery relationship with us, be it total facilities management or just maintenance for example. This project is a great demonstration of the range of services we can provide and highlights the available extensive skills and expertise within our group.”
