Legal & General has started a comprehensive refurbishment of Senator House on Queen Victoria Street in the City of London.
Works are now underway by Graham Construction to deliver 111,000 sq ft of premium refurbished workspace in a prime location which will be available for occupiers from December 2017.
With four flexible light-filled upper floor plates of 20,000 sq ft, Senator will provide occupiers from all sectors the opportunity to secure a world-class headquarters with a robust specification coupled with elegant design.

As part of the extensive refurbishment, the building aims to achieve a BREEAM Excellent energy rating.
