Novus Property Solutions has won a competitive tender for a major refurbishment project in the hotel sector worth £2.5 million.
The maintenance, refurbishment and new build contractor has developed an outstanding reputation on the back of its work for some of the UK’s most prestigious hotel and pub chains, and a specialist hotel procurement consultant has selected Novus to carry out a major hotel project in Luton.
Novus already carries out essential maintenance and refurbishment work at Premier Inn hotels nationwide as part of its contract with Whitbread, with the Novus Hotel Project Team being commended for the quality of its workmanship and the effectiveness of its project team.
JD Wetherspoons, Enterprise Inns and Star Pubs are also among the major businesses that utilise Novus’ services, and the firm is capitalising on the many opportunities presented by the hospitality sector, with significant wins expected imminently.
