With opportunities to ask the experts questions throughout the course, the weekend is also an excellent chance to meet and learn from other owners who may be facing similar challenges. The course will take place at the King’s Manor – one of York’s most attractive and unusual historical sites. Originally the Abbot’s House of St Mary’s Abbey, the King’s Manor served the Tudors and Stuarts as a seat of government, becoming residences in the 18th century and a school in the 19th. Now home to the University of York, hidden in the heart of York city centre, the King’s Manor is a Grade I listed building. The Manor’s grounds back on to the ruins of St Mary’s Abbey.

King’s Manor is located in Exhibition Square which is a short walk from York city centre and the railway station.
