Pye Homes and Blenheim Estate Homes have been nominated for a number of prestigious property awards.
Pye Homes, which is part of the Blenheim group of companies, has been included on the shortlists for awards at both the South East Property Awards and the OxPropFest Awards.
The Oxfordshire developers have been nominated for three honours in the OxPropFest ceremony, which celebrates the property, science and innovation community from the
Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire regions.
Pye Homes and Blenheim Estate Homes are jointly up for the ‘Best Contractor of the Year’, whilst Church Farm has been included in both the ‘Best Innovative / Sustainability Initiative of the Year’ and ‘Best Residential Development’.
Meanwhile, in the South East Property Awards, Church Farm, Radley, is in contention for the ‘Residential Development of the Year’.

The South East Property Awards take place on Thursday, July 14 with the OxPropFest winners not being announced until Wednesday, September 14.
Church Farm was also a finalist for the Building Project of the Year award at the SECBE Awards.
