Peter Miller, site manager for Cheshire-based, Zenith House Developments, has won an NHBC ‘ pride in the job’ award for his outstanding work at the St John’s Gardens new homes development at School Lane, Sandbach Heath, Cheshire. This prestigious award from the NHBC (National House- Building Council) is offered to only to a handful of building professionals who demonstrate dedication to building homes of exceptional quality. Peter received this award as one of only 40 in the North West selected from over 16,000 entries nationwide. Peter Miller said:‘It is a privilege to receive an award from the NHBC, it represents the hard work that our team has put in to make St John’s Gardens one of the highest quality builds that I have ever worked on.’

Having won the ‘Pride in the Job’ award, Peter Miller will now be eligible to enter the NHBC ‘Seal of Excellence’ award which is only given 160 site managers across the UK.
