Network Rail has started the hunt for a fit-out contractor to deliver a major refurbishment of its Waterloo general offices in London.
The building at Station Approach is located within Waterloo train station and comprises 90,000 sq ft over four floors accommodating 550 staff.
Network Rail aims to carry out work in phases in order to maintain operations with the revamp expected to achieve BREEAM ‘very good’ standard as a minimum.
Works include refurbishment and repairs to the existing facade and roofs, full replacement of the main plant and floor services and lifts.
