Works have been complete on seven brand new homes in Dry Street, Basildon, exclusively for residents on the council’s housing register.
The homes have been delivered in a partnership between Sempra Homes and Stonebond, consisting of two one-bed flats, four two-bed houses, and one three-bed house.
Each home, including the one bedroom flats, has a spacious private garden and as well as parking spaces provided. They are all built to national space standards with a modern, high-quality finish.
All seven tenants have been given the keys ready to move into their brand-new homes.
Member Director of Sempra Homes, Cllr Jeff Henry, said: “These new homes really are impressive – inside they’re especially spacious and have so much light coming into each property.
“Congratulations to the lucky tenants moving in – I’m sure you’ll love living in what are brilliant homes in a fantastic location.
