Built environment specialist Styles&Wood, part of Extentia Group, has opened a new office in Dublin, and secured a new contract with Deutsche Börse Group (DBG).
Located at Ormond Quay Upper in Dublin’s central business district, the newly-opened hub is led by Styles&Wood Account Manager Phil Matthews and Commercial Lead Ross Sanderson.
The team’s first project undertaken from this new location is the delivery of a new office in Cork for Clearstream Global Securities Services, a subsidiary of Deutsche Börse Group (DBG).
The project will see Clearstream relocate 362 staff from its existing office at Cork airport to a new 75,000 sq ft space in the centre of the city, where it plans to add a further 200 jobs over the next two years.
The new Clearstream Global Securities Services offices are part of Navigation Square, the largest and most significant office development to be undertaken in Cork City’s commercial centre. Styles&Wood will deliver a Cat A and Cat B fit-out across four floors, along with design, cost planning and facilities management services, with works due to complete in Spring 2019.
Working alongside Styles&Wood are Extentia Group’s engineering and environmental design consultancy GDM, and its interior design specialists SpaceInvader, who are managing overall design and delivery of the MEP and interior design.
