Property services group Styles&Wood has secured a place on the Department for Work and Pensions’ (DWP) £375 million Estates Contractor Framework.
The four-year agreement includes regional minor works, projects and programmes across DWP’s estate of offices and job centres across mainland United Kingdom.
Styles&Wood has secured a place on both regional lots on the framework. Under the agreement it will be one of three contractors responsible for delivering capital projects and programmes as well as life cycle refurbishments in the North West covering projects between £250k to £2 million.
The business has also been appointed as the sole contractor for minor works contracts of up to £250,000 in two regions – the North West, and London and the South East.
Tony Lenehan, chief executive at Styles&Wood, said: “Our appointment by DWP is another significant win that we’ve secured with a national client this year. Large programmes of work like this give us the opportunity to showcase our expertise in managing complex works across multiple operational facilities, something we’re increasingly well known for, and demonstrate the breadth of experience we are able to offer to clients.”
