Leading commercial washroom designer and manufacturer, Washroom Washroom, has secured three major new contracts for some of London’s newest office developments.

Washroom Washroom will start working alongside McLaren Construction on the refurbishment of the iconic Grade II* listed New Bracken House this summer. As part of the project, Washroom will install new washrooms including ancillaries in both the North and South cores of the building, over eight floors in total. The high specification design will feature Silestone stone vanity trough units complemented by Washroom’s Tego hinged mirror and storage units, full height Alto toilet cubicles and Concerto duct panelling system in toughened glass.

Meanwhile in the West End, Washroom will be commencing work with Kier on a project on Cork Street, just a stone’s throw away from the Royal Academy of Arts. Over the next five months, the company will manufacture and install individual ‘superloos’ on all floors, from the ground to fifth floor. Each self-contained cubicle will include a white Silestone vanity unit, glass wall linings as well as 3D effect glass printed upstands. Washroom will also create a new changing area with washrooms and showers as well as changing cubicles and lockers in the basement for staff.

Washroom’s specialist in-house joinery team has also secured a contract working with SJE on the new residential apartments which are currently being constructed to the back of Liverpool Street as part of the Principle Place Project in Shoreditch. The works include the design, manufacture and installation of mirrored cabinet units with glass internal shelves, wardrobes and AV units for all the flats. The company will also manufacture and install full height Alto Kristalla glass cubicles and glass wall linings to the building’s communal changing areas.
