WSW Refurbishments, a leading Hertfordshire-based company that deliver high-quality refurbishment works for the residential, industrial, office, healthcare and education sectors, has been appointed by Jones Lang Laselle (JLL) to deliver a significant twenty-week industrial refurbishment project in Eastleigh.
Set to commence in mid-March of 2024, WSW Refurbishments will be taking on this profile project at units 4H, 4F and 4G of Barton Park, Chickenhall Lane, Eastleigh.
With a project value of £850,000, this project will see WSW Refurbishments transform the current three industrial units into one large, modern and innovative space.
As a full-service refurbishment company, who have been specialising within the industrial sector since 2008, WSW Refurbishments will be responsible for this project from cradle to grave.
Providing significant works to both the internal and external parts of this new large industrial space, WSW’s role will begin with major demolition and structural alterations and infills. Roofing works will also play a large part for the team, ranging from Asbestos removal works to vital overclad to the existing roofs of units 4F and 4G with new built up system, as well as the installation of new triple skin roof lights to both units.
Following the major structural changes and upgrades, the WSW Refurbishments team will continue with the reinstatement, repair and redecoration works across the newly converted industrial space. These works are vast and will include;

The installation of new external wall cladding to the South elevation

The installation of a new roller shutter door, inclusive of new steal goal posts

Replacement of all external doors

Removal of suspended slabs and infill inspection pits

Refurbishment of WC’s including basic heating provisions

Refurbishment of accompanying offices

Installation of of hot water heaters

LED lighting installation thrughout the industrial unit
